A refugee is basically a person who had to leave their home due to war to seek shelter and just a safe place to live.

A
Refugee camps are made for refugees who have no place to go as they have lost their home, so they can go to these camps instead that provide shelter, safety, etc.

Barrel Bombs
A
Barrel bombs are a type of weapon filled with glass, nails, rusty metals, etc. So, when it explodes the shrapnel would kill even more people, and was used by Assad against his own people.
