Definition of Talent?
the natural capacity for excellence.
Gallup measure talent with scientific assessments that evaluate naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling and behavior that can be productively applies

Themes help you begin to discover and talk about your greatest talents
Skills
the basic ability to move through the fundamental steps of a specific task.
People must refine their natural talents with acquired skills and Knowledge to develop strength
blind spots
Unintended, negative misperceptions that occur when a person uses their strongest strengths
How does Gallup define Strengths?
the ability to consistently provide near perfect performance in a specific task.
While talents exist naturally, strengths must be developed. Strength results when talents are refined with acquired skills and knowledge
weakness
a shortage or misapplication of talent, skills or knowledge that cause problems for you and others
strategies for managing weakness
Claim them: know your weakness and how they get in your way.
Minimize the effect: avoid working in areas of weakness, develop a support system
Collaborate: find others with complementary talents
Apply one Clifton strength: use your strongest theme to achieve an outcome
Just do it: Lean in an do your best

A coach is a person who invest in and interacts with an individual, partnership, or team for the primary purpose of stimulating, motivating and facilitating the growth, development and performance of that individual, partnership or team
