A
Hypoglycaemia (<4mmol)
Suspected hypoglycaemia where rapid improvement is required
Unconscious patient where hypoglycaemia is considered likely cause
Patients who have not responded to IM glucagon after 10mins

A
Reversal of hypoglycaemia by direct delivery of glucose to the systemic circulation

Do not give IM or subcutaneously
