Q

After the examining trial, you learn that a grand jury will be impaneled in 5 days and that it has been hand-picked by Deputy’s father, who is a jury commissioner, to include only Deputy’s close family members. When and on what grounds should you challenge the composition of the grand jury? Explain fully

A

The Grand Jury should be challenged before it has been impaneled. Any person can challenge the composition of the grand jury. Here, I can challenge the composition on he grounds that the Grand Jury Commissioner is biased and acted corruptly by failing to act impartially.
