LH/FSH symptoms

A

dec GnRH, LH/FSH, estrogen/progesterone: at prepuberty is constitutional growth delay and after is hpothal or pituitary problem

incr GnRH and LH/FSH but dec estrogen/rpgest: hypergonadotrophic hypogonadism. Ovaries don’t produce estrogen

incr GnRH, LH/FSH, high estrogen/testosterone: PCOS, estrogen Rs problem
