What is Dupytrens contracture?
palmar fascia contracture, MCP/PIP flex (4th and 5th digit)
What is Mallet finger?
ext tendon rupture at DIP, results in DIP flexion
What is Boutineeres?
PIP flex, MCP/DIP extended, ext hood slip rupture from RA/trauma
What is swan neck?
PIP extended, MCP/DIP flexed. Intrinsic contractute/volar plate tear (RA)
What is trigger finger?
flexor tendon nodule (Nottas), snaps or catches often in 3rd/4th digit
What is Dequervians?
often in pregnancy, EPB and APL tendons, pain at snuffbox, positive finkelsteins
What is carpal tunnel syndrome?
median N compression, night numbness, positive tinels
What is a colles fracture?
dorsal radius displacement (dinner fork)
What is a smiths fracture?
volar radius displacement (garden spade)

Boutienners, swan neck, trigger finger, CT
