What is COSHH?
Control of Substances Hazardous to Health
What is excluded under COSHH
Asbestos, Lead, Radioactive material.
What is the difference between licenced vs non licenced asbestos?
Licensed = Higher risk of asbestos fire release.
Non-Licensed = Lower risk where a license is not needed. Say local trades doing in-house work.
What is a safe person discussed within surveying safely?
A concept where each individual assumes individual behavioural responsibility for their own, their colleagues’ and others’ health and safety while at work.

What is the H&S at Work Act 1974?
UK legislation that sets out general duties for employers, employees, and self employed people to ensure H&S at work.
It enforces the workplace to provide a safe working environment, safe working equipment, and safe working systems.
