I ensured that the site team carried out a toolbox talk on the issue.

Our project management system send reminders everyday until the issue is closed out, i ensured that the issue was rectified.

I spoke with the architect who were Principle designer and asked them to update the f10, which i then followed up with an email to ensure the request was recorded.
