Self awareness is the opposite of Deindividuation e.g. Mirrors, cameras, wearing a name tag
Cheating (if mirror in front of them less likely to keep going after test- heightened self awareness)
Self awareness can be tiresome

One of the main functions of groups is to make decisions
Many heads are better than one

The tendency of highly cohesive decision making groups to suppress dissent in the interests of group harmony and consensus
Jains analysed several government decisions make at highest level of government e.g. Bay of pigs, us soldiers in Vietnam, sending challenger space ship off early.
