A

*CAT I mins are too high
*SA CAT I doesnt require AIII mode which can be advantageous for gusty winds as those can cause a APCH WARN
*SA CAT II requires AIII mode which lowers mins but raises chances of a gusty wind induced APCH WARN go-around

No. 10-9A states required RVR of 5/5/5. The last third is at 300 so it needs to go to 500
