What are the 5 different conceptions of Sacred?
1-monotheism 2-polytheism 3-pantheism 4-antheism 5-Agnosticism 6-non theism
Religion
A set of beliefs, practices, etc. a vehicle to connect humans with something bigger than us…God
Monotheism
Belief only in one God.
Polytheism
Looks for god in natural phenomenon. Ex) believing a river is divine/god
Atheism
Believes there’s no divinity/God you can be a Hindu or Jew and be an atheist at the same time
Agnosticism
Isn’t sure or doesn’t know if God exists or not but searches for the truth
Non-Theism
Doesn’t deny existence, they believe human problems need human solutions. God won’t help you with your most basic problems.

The impersonal, infinite, I changing ultimate reality; the source of all manifestation. If your fingers were a god, Brahmin would be the palm.
Upanishads: Atman
The subjective aspect of Brahman; the “soul” that reincarnated, identical with Brahmin (as infinite, eternal, Unchanging)
