A

The pelvis will dip on the unsupported side in a positive trendelenburg test

If <55yrs: open reduction, internal fixation with screws (follow up in OPD and do arthroplasty if AVN develops)

If 55-75: total hip replacement

If >75: hemiarthroplasty (cemented or uncemented)
