  • Other sarcomas:
    E.g. Leimyosarcoma (fasicular appearance); dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans; angiosarcoma
  • If benign: dermatofibroma, neurofibroma (wavy appearance; mast cells), leiomyoma (cigar cells)
  • Scar

Markers:
SCC: cytokeratin stains
Smooth muscle: SMA, desmin, caldesmon
Vascular: CD31, CD34, ERG
