1) Dermatitis - appearance ranges from mild erythema to marked lichenification, pruritus and soreness, mixed etiology - atopic background, contact, psychological, exogenous irritants + allergens must be sought 2) psoriasis (genital) Looks different than elsewhere on the body (silver scale lost). Smooth, erythematous, well demarcated plaques on hair bearing arras (mons pubis, labia majora) +~ fissuring Intergluteal cleft frequently affected poor response to rx - concern for steroid atrophy, TCI can be helpful
