Catherine Beecher

A

A

Vocational Act of 1963

A

Provided federal funds to be more inclusive of serving the poor and disabled to be successful in vocational education programs. Largest singled federal investment in h.s. history. Law was reauthorizes 4 more times - inclusive of students with disabilities, disadvantages students, and bilingual.
