the time ahe trough her self down a set of iron stares
she had been seen grading the rains of houses before to try and stop them and pin banners to them
so maybe that was what she was trying to do when she tryed to grad the rains
she was trying to stop other people from risking there lives
so she might have done this as a last ditch effort
