-etruscans cared a lot about Rome
-caeasar gained lots of power because he conquered the crovince of Gaul
-the first emperor was “augusutus”
-julius Caesar was popular because he was a successful military leader and expanded the republic
-soldiers in the roman army were well prepared and equipped with javelins,swords,daggers,sheilds and more
-romans used different cruel tactics to keep soldiers loyal
