Describe the test and treat strategy.
A
This is a strategy whereby when someone is tested for HIV/AIDS and they are found to be positive they should be put on ART there and then regardless of their clinical stage or CD4 count.
This strategy aims to achieve the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets.
Also includes streamlining HIV services with other healthcare services e.g HIV testing integrated with maternal and child health,TB and STI clinics.
