Double engine failure

Answer 1

Autorotate
If time and conditions permits - engine shutdown in an emergency.
And if possible, engine restart in flight.

Question 2

MGB Oil press

Answer 2

Check MGB oil pressure.
If below 2 bar:
- reduce power as so as conditions permit
- land ASAP
If not below 2 bar:
- continue flight monitoring oil pressure and temperature

Question 3

MGB oil hot

Answer 3

Check MGB oil temperature.
Temperature above 120 degrees:
- reduce power as soon as conditions permit
- land ASAP
Temperature not above 120 degrees:
- continue flight monitoring oil pressure and temperature

Question 4

ENG FIRE on ground

Answer 4

Affected ENG mode switch - idle 
Confirm engine fire
ECL - off
S/OFF fire pushbutton - unguard and press
FIRE EXTING sw - BTL1
ENGINE SHUT DOWN IN AN EMERGENCY
If fire warning persists:
FIRE EXTING sw - BTL2
EMERGENCY / POST CRASH SHUTDOWN AND EGRESS

Question 5

ENG FIRE in flight

Answer 5

Initiate emergency decent with PI below 50% immediately
Affected ENG MODE sw - idle
Confirm engine fire
ECL - off
S/OFF fire pushbutton - unguard and press
FIRE EXTING sw - BTL1
ENGINE SHUT DOWN IN AN EMERGENCY
If fire warning persists:
FIRE EXTING sw - BTL2
If fire warning persists:
Land immediately
If fire warning not persists:
Land ASAP

Complete engine shutdown
EMERGENCY / POST CRASH SHUTDOWN AND EGRESS

Engine shutdown in an emergency

ENG MODE sw - idle, confirm, off
ECL - off
FUEL PUMP sw - off
ENG FUEL VALVE sw - closed
XFEED VALVE sw - closed
GEN sw - off, check load on operating generator
HTR/ECS - off
MIX sw - off
SHUT-OFF sw 1 & 2 - off
Fuel content - monitor, use cross feed as required
Land as soon as practicable
