Focus: assess home environment of people who have cog disorder for four major dimensions
Method: info about the home is obtained, direct observation , 192 items
Scoring: looks at safety hazards, functionality, orientations, and comfort
Population: homes of individuals with neurocognitive disorders
In-House Occupational Performance Evaluation (I-HOPE)
Focus: identifies activities performed at home environment required for aging in place
Method: clients sort 44 cards and rank cards from most problematic to least problematic, therapist then observes these activities
Scoring: four subscores obtained
Population: older adults who want to age in place
