Q

Stress

A
  • any factor that will disrupt homeostasis, anything that causes stress = stressor
  • external stressor - heat, cold, niose, light, exercise
  • internal stressor - pain, high blood sugar/pressure, tumor, thoughts

A

System designed to let the body know about stress and adjust to it.
