CRJ Standard(aborted take off)
Any abnormalities prior to V1, the PM will state the malfunction. The captain will state “continue” or “abort, I have the controls”. If an abort is required, the captain will carry out the aborted takeoff procedure. Any abnormality after V1 State them malfunction. The PF will continue to fly the aircraft. Immediate action items are required. Hold all other checklist until reaching a safe altitude.
CRJ 200 Standard malfunctions below 80
– At speeds below, 80 knots, a takeoff shall be aborted for any of the following; system, failures, unusual noises, or vibration, tire, failure, abnormal, acceleration, engine, failure, and or fire, unsafe, takeoff, configuration, unable to fly, or fire warning.
CRJ standard above 80
– At speed greater than 80 knots, but below V one, it is recommended to abort the takeoff only for an engine failure, and or any fire, or perception that the aircraft is unsafe or unable to fly.
