Oregon Royale — Flute & Orange Twist

1 oz. clear creek cranberry liqueur
5oz. J. Roget sparkling wine
Pour cranberry into flute & top with sparkling wine. Garnish w orange twist.
Siesta — Stemless Martini Glass & Lime Twist

1.5 oz. Pueblo viejo tequila .5 oz. Campari .5 oz. grapefruit juice .25 oz. lime juice .25 oz simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in shaker tin w/ ice and shake. Double strain into martini glass. Garnish w lime twist.
Continental Club — Water Glass

Sugar cube/Demerara 2 dashes orange bitters 1 Cherry 1/4 Orange wheel 1.5 oz Jim Beam .5 oz Cynar .25 oz club soda
In water glass combine sugar cube/Demerara, orange bitters, cherry, and orange slice. Muddle together and top with ice. Pour in Jim beam and Cynar and top with splash of club soda. Do not stir or garnish.
Kentucky Nail — Water Glass & Orange Twist

1.5oz Jim Beam
.5 oz Drambuie
.25 oz club soda
Fill water glass with ice. Add Jim beam, Drambuie, and splash of soda. Garnish w an orange twist.
Kearney Street Spritzer — Red Wine Glass & Orange Twist

1.25 oz Aperol
4 oz J. Roget sparkling wine
.25 oz club soda
Fill red wine glass ¾ full with ice. Add aperol, top with sparkling wine and then club soda. Garnish w orange twist.
El Diablo — Collins & Half Lime Wheel
El Diablo
1.5 oz Pueblo viejo tequila
.25 oz creme de cassis float
.5 oz lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
Fill Collins glass full with ice. Add tequila, and lime juice. Fill almost top with ginger beer and finish with cassis. Garnish w half a lime wheel
Nell Sazerac — Water Glass & Lemon Twist

.25 oz absinthe rinse
2 oz Jim beam RYE
.5 oz Demerara syrup
3 dashes peychaud bitters
In stirring vessel add demara syrup, bitters, Jim beam rye and stir for 30-45 seconds. Add absinthe to rocks glass swirl around and dump. Strain sazerac into rocks glass and express lemon twist around rim and drop in.
Dewey Morning — Red Wine Glass & Half Lime Wheel

1oz aquavit .5 oz St. Germaine 2 oz grapefruit juice .5 oz lime juice .5 oz simple syrup
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake. Fill red wine glass with ½ ice and double strain into glass. Garnish w half a lime wheel.
Milan Mule — Collins & Half Lime Wheel

¾ oz Fernet Branca
¾ oz Antica Carpano (sweet vermouth)
1 oz lime juice
Top W Ginger beer
Fill Collins glass with ice. Add fernet, carpano, & lime juice and stir gently. Top with ginger beer. Garnish w half lime wheel.
Vesper Martini — Coupe

2 oz beefeater gin
1 oz svedka vodka
.25 oz lillet blanc
Combine all ingredients in vessel & stir for 30-45 seconds. Strain into coupe glass.
Harvest Martini — Stemless Martini Glass

1.5 oz Svedka Vodka .75 oz pear purée .25 oz lemon juice .25 oz simple syrup 2 oz J Roget
Combine vodka, lemon, pear, & simple into shaker. Shake & strain into martini glass and top with J Roget. No garnish.
Hemingway Daquiri — Coupe & Skewered Cherry

1.5 oz Bacardi rum .25 oz luxardo maraschino .75 oz grapefruit juice .25 oz lime juice .25 oz simple syrup
Chill martini glass with ice. Pour all ingredients, add ice and shake double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with cherry on bamboo pick.
Nell Manhattan — Stemless Martini Glass & Cherry

2 oz Jim Beam
.5 oz carpano sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash angustura bitters
Chill martini glass. Combine all ingredients in vessel and stir for 30-40 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with cherry.
Vieux Mot — Stemless Martini Glass & Lemon Twist

1.5 oz beefeater gin
.5 oz St Germaine
.75 oz lemon juice
.25 oz simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in shaker add ice and shake. Double strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
French 75 — Coupe & Lemon Twist

1 oz beefeater gin
.25 oz lemon juice
.25 oz simple syrup
Top with J Roget
Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and shake and double strain into coupe glass. Top with J Roget and rub lemon twist around rim of glass and put on side.
Man-mosa — Pint
Man-mosa
Add 1 oz orange or grapefruit juice to pint glass. Fill with J Roget. Leave ¼ inch at top of glass. No garnish.
Bro-Lini — Pint
Bro-Lini
Add 1 oz pear or white peach to pint glass and fill w/ J Roget leaving ¼ inch at top of glass. No garnish.
Pink Sunrise — White Wine Glass & Lime Twist
Pink Sunrise
1 oz grapefruit juice
Top with montparnasse
Add Gf juice and rose to white wine glass, leaving ¼ inch at top of glass. Garnish with lime twist.
Mary Nell — Salted Pint Glass & Skewers

1.5 oz svedka vodka
Top with Bloody Mary mix
Rim pint glass with salt, fill glass with ice add vodka then Mary mix until just under salt rim and garnish with:
1 shrimp, 1 each lemon & lime wedges, 1 celery stick, 1 chorizo/cheddar skewer, 1 peppercini/onion/olive skewer
