.5oz coconut
1.75oz Horchata
2 dashes cardmom bitters

build in shaker
shake
strain into collins over cubed ice (not double strain)
top with two bar spoons of boba and a mint crown

3.5oz batch
in globe w cubes
top with terres rose wine
garnish with a spray rose

the batch is already diluted no need to shake

3 dashes firewater
1 egg white

shake
strain into 8oz rocks glass
garnish with blue dots
