  • Ovulation is where a mature agg is released form the ovary (around 14 days)
  • The luteal phase occurs after ovulation and lasts until the beginning of the next cycle.
    In this phase, the uterine lining continues to thicken in case a fertilised egg need to attach to start a pregnancy
