Aerobic capacity. the sporting can include walking, running, and swimming. the exercise can include a jog that lasts around 20-30 min( basically the heart, blood vessels and respirtory system to supply fuel and oxygen to the muscles)

what is the length of the menstrual cycle
menstration occurs every month and lasts an average of 28 days, however everyone is different

what is ocuring during each stage of the menstrual cycle
- The start of the cycle is confirmed with the release of period blood (menstruation)
- Following menstruation, the follicular phase begins and lasts until ovulation. This is when the ovaries release an egg, and the uterine lining thickens in preparation for a potential pregnancy
- Ovulation is where a mature agg is released form the ovary (around 14 days)
- The luteal phase occurs after ovulation and lasts until the beginning of the next cycle.
In this phase, the uterine lining continues to thicken in case a fertilised egg need to attach to start a pregnancy
