What is the definition of cardiovascular fitness?
Your ability to exercise your whole body over a long period of time.
What does the speed 30 metre sprint test?
It is a test for speed and measures how fast you can run over 30 metres
What is the definition of the speed 30 metre sprint?
The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover distance.
What does the “Illinois Agility” test
How agile you are as an athelete
What is the definition of the Illinois test?
The ability to control the movement of the whole body and change position quickly.
What does the “flexibility sit and reach” test?
Measures flexibility
