A

Oreja = Outer ear that you can actually see. It’s also the spiky part of anything, line the point of a chair, the wedge of a hammer, spikes on a bracelet, etc. Oído = Inner ear canal that actually hears sounds. This is why the verb “to hear” is oír (often used interchangeably with escuchar).
