Freedoms are things we can do, such as voting for parliament and feeling safe.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a list of human rights and freedoms that every human on earth deserves.
how do human rights allow for human dignity
They outline the basis for living a dignified life by treating us like the children of god that we are, in which he declares we live a dignified life
