What does health mean
a complete state of physical. mental and social wellbeing. Not the absence of a disease
what is mental health
a state of well being in which every individual releases their potential and can cope with normal stresses. They can work productively and fruitfully and can contribute to community.

income, education, unemployment, job security, social safety network (Maternity leave, welfare, sick days), employment, working conditions, access to healthcare, early childhood development, food security, housing, indigenous, gender, race, disability, social exclusion.

short temper, inability to relax, feeling overwhelmed, lonely or isolated, depression
How do you cope with stress
Talk about emotions, humour, writing out your emotions, social support, being in a positive environment,
What are th levels of boundaires
Fence 1: easy to build and destroy, closer relationship and trust.
Fence 2: Not as close, privacy but not totally isolated and respected, hard to build, limited trust. Def ask for permission
Fence 3: Brick wall, closed off, past negative experience, no trust, isolated, not welcoming, takes time to build up
