Menstruation timeline
Day 1-5: new egg starts to develop
Day 6-13: egg matures and endometrium thickens
Day 14: ovulation
Day 15-28: the uterus lining is maintained

Birth processes
- Labour - the amnion bursts and he baby is punched towards the vagina by contractions
- Birth - contractions continue and push the baby out of the vagina
- Placenta removal - the placenta is pushed out the uterus and the umbilical cord is cut
