What is recruitment?
-the process by which a job vacancy is identified and potential employees are notified.
How do they recruit employees?
- The process is regulated and subjected to employment law.
- Forms of recruitment are by advertising in newspapers, magazines, social media and internal vacancy lists.
What is selection?
- The process of assessing candidates and appointing a post holder.

-the importance of building relationships with employee representatives and the importance of consultation and negotiation and working with trade unions.
what is employment productivity?
-the Measure of employee, productivity, which will show how efficient the employees are for a task or project. This metric itself can be used to determine if a project needs more or less workers.
