What is a fixed date lease?
An agreement that ends on a specifc date, usually when the hunting season is over
What is a notice to terminate?
Either party ending the lease with a days written notice
What is non-exclusive use?
Not just you hunting on the land
What is exclusive use?
Only you hunting on the land
What are the two different rents you could pay?
1-Time payment or monthly payment
What must you show in order to be a guest on the property?
I.D, drivers license, or other identification
What is the Guest policy?
If they are not included in the lease, they can’t come, or they will be trespassing
What is the Camping policy
Camping must be recognized on the lease in order for the hunter(s) to do so
What is a sublease?
Sharing or inviting to share a lease
Who is liable for injury, harm, or death sustained in hunting?
The landowner
Who are the Releasees?
Land associates
