Undifferentiated
small cell carcinoma

Strong association with smoking.
Central.
TTF+, “grinding” cells, little cytoplasm.
Neuroendocrine.
Paraneoplastic: SiADH, ACTH (Kushing, hyperglycemia), Abs (Lambert-Eaton, myasthenia-like)
Tx: chemo + radiation
