  • Clean corners every day (especially underwear and socks)
  • brush teeth every morning and evening
  • shower/bath every day
  • wash hands especially after going to the toilet sms after eating
  • cut finger nails and toe nails regularly (once a week)
  • use tissue to blow nose

Why should you not eat too many sweets and fizzy drinks?

A
  • so you don’t have too much sugar in your system
  • these foods/drinks do not contain the nutrients that you need to grow
  • the sugar in them sticks to your teeth and when they break down, it produces acid that damages your teeth
