A
  • 1st line: antihistamines e.g. promethazine
  • 2nd line: ondansetron, metoclopramide
  • admission may be needed for IV hydration
  • if ? Wernicke’s (diplopia, ataxia): IV vitamin B and C complex (e.g. Pabrinex)
