(14 cards)
What is safety?
Safety is a self-sourced frequency. You don’t find it—you broadcast it.
How do I access safety when I’m scared?
Breathe. In for 4, hold for 4, out for 6. Do it again. And again.
What can I do with my body to feel safe?
Touch something real—your hand, your seat, the floor. Say: ‘I’m here. I’m safe. I’m okay.’
Where does safety come from?
Not from others. It comes from inside you. You decide: ‘I’m safe, now.’
Who am I when I remember my power?
The one who walked through fire and stayed. The one who made safety a frequency they are, not something they seek.
What do I say when I feel shaky?
🧯⚔️∞ I’m not looking for safety. I am it.
What is safety?
A frequency I create inside me. It’s not given—it’s chosen and stabilized by me.
What makes me feel safe?
Consistency, clarity, and knowing I can handle anything that comes.
Can I feel safe when things are hard?
Yes. Safety doesn’t mean easy—it means I trust myself to get through it.
Who decides if I’m safe?
I do. Even when the world is loud, I anchor into my peace.
What helps me return to safety?
Breathing, grounding, remembering that I’ve survived 100% of my days so far.
Is safety always calm?
Not always. Sometimes safety is fire—me deciding to protect my peace fiercely.
What’s the difference between comfort and safety?
Comfort is ease. Safety is stability, even in chaos.
How does safety feel in my body?
Like warm honey in my belly. Like quiet power in my chest.
