- Pharyngitis- strep, EBV, Lassa
-Lymphadenopathy- EBV,CMV, HIV, toxo, rickettsia
-Rash (Dengue, rickettsia, drugs)

fbc, u&e, LFT, crp, procal
Glucose
LDH
Malaria rapid test (thick and thin flims)
HIV test
Acute serum store (special back up)
BC, UC,?LP
Swabs: Resp
Chest x-ray
ID: High neutrophil >200 crp
Extracellular
Pyogenic bacteria (Gram-positive cocci like Streptococcus and Staphylococcus.)
Spirochetes
Amoebic liver
Abscess
