Obstetric - contraception, ?pregenant - prev / how did they go?

Sexual Hx - last contact, contraception, type of sex, other partners

Past medical - prev STI / medical problems,

Drug Hx - current meds, recenet abx , allergies

Social hx - smoking, alcohol, drugs

HIV risk - known partners, MSM, ivdu, paid sex
