strep pharyngitis, rash on neck and chest
If a pt is taking ethambutol for anti TB what should they routinely check?

S/s of of reye syndrome
Fever Lethargy acute encephalopathy altered hepatic function elevated serum ammonia --- Risk increases with aspirin.

Crystaluria - client should drink more photosensitivity Folic acid - client should eat more folic rich foods Agranulocytosis SJS - stop if rash develops
