Systematic and Organ Specific diseases. Specific: Only 1 organ is being attacked. Systematic would be when its spread across body… ex. collagen. General, attacks whole system.

87% more likely if they have HLA B27 (MHC I B27). Almost all with this disease has this MHC! This disease stiffening of spine!
