a system of government of one nation by another in which the governed people retain certain administrative, legal, and other powers.

The resistance of African countries toward the European nations. Only 2 ended up resisting them, Ethiopia and Liberia

The leader of Ethiopia that led them resisting the Europeans (Italy)
Maji Maji Rebellion
A rebellion between 20 different ethnic groups against Germany. The 20 ethnic groups that special water, maji maji, would turn German bullets into water

Surrounded by the Black Sea and could not keep up with the moderation of the world around it. Slowly declined by losing different countries
