Travel history, dirty water
Fever, bradycardia, neuro symps, GI symps, resp symps
Hyponatremia, hepatic dysfunction, hematuria, proteinuria, gram stain no organism
Diagnosis- urinary legionella antigen
Rx- macrolide or FQ

Blastomycosis. Broad based budding yeast from sputum. Treat with itraconazole or amohotericin B
