- Calamine lotion
- Topical corticosteroids
- 1st gen antihistamines

- 1% permethrin (Nix)
- Ivermectin 250 ug/kg for resistant disease

Dx of chigger bites
A
- Usually signs and Hx of being in chigger prone areas
- Mites can sometimes be recovered by taping of skin

A
- Burrows
- Skin scraping to look for mites and feces

Dx of bedbugs
A
- Definitive Dx from finding bugs in home
- Linear series of bites suggestive
- Blood on sheets suggestive

Dx of lice
A
Must find at least one live louse (nits not enough)
