Oronym
n: oro - whole; n: nym - name
An oronym is a word or phrase that sounds very much the same as another word or phrase, often as a result of sounds running together.
Oronyms are spelled differently and have different meanings.
eg, icecream and i scream
Toponym
Noun.
The name of a place
e.g., Boston, Australia, etc.

In law, scienter is an important concept. Scienter must be shown, that is, a person was aware - for eg., the note he passed was counterfeit - to prove guilt.
