Tell me something about yourself.

My name is Bella Nydam. I am fourteen years old and am in ninth grade. I am in four different school clubs, and have recently started a Student Leadership certificate program. I adore books and learning.

I saw your Instagram post and immediately knew that I needed to apply.

Why did you decide to apply.

I love libraries, even though with covid and starting high school I haven’t been able to go much, and would love an opportunity to work for one.

What are your biggest strengths?

I would say that my punctuality, eagerness to learn and initiative are my biggest strengths.

What is your biggest weakness?

I don’t do overly well with any social interactions that go beyond small talk and pleasantries. This is why I signed up for the student leadership certificate program as it teaches about countering nerves.

Language and literature are my passion. Anyone who knows me can tell you that. If I get the position, I will do it to the very best of my capabilities. I have the skills needed for this position, namely punctuality, adaptability, and organization.
