How do you imagine a typical day?

• No typical day
• Investigating complaints, visiting businesses, taking samples for testing, preparing evidence, writing reports, removing unsafe goods
• Free time : research laws and regulations to see if any changes have been made so can educate people better
• Allow to carry out day to day talks in line with company standards

• I was a whistleblower
• reported a cleaner for making racist, derogatory comments about an employee
• difficult as had learning difficulties/special needs
• Equality act 2010 : protected characteristic
• saved companies reputation prevented workers being at risk of discrimination
