Why are you currently looking for a new job or position?
My current contract is ending shortly and I want to get ahead in case the contract isn’t renewed. I’m looking for an opportunity with a company where I can grow, learn more, and gain stability.
Do you work by yourself or in a group?
In the past, I worked individually, but I am part of a group in my current position. There are four or five of us to a team. Normally, two Assessor’s, a Lead Assessor, an AO and SME’s.
What organizations or who do you service?
DHS | Department of Homeland Security

- Have you ever work with a person who was difficult to work with, If so tell us how did you handle that situation
Yes, I was assigned to assess a system with another individual and the controls where split 250 each, and I was finished assessing my controls and I asked my partner how he was doing and if he was finished as well , each time I ask they always gave an excuse as to why they where not finished, dog died, grand mom is sick, car broke down and had to get it fixed . So, I step in and began assessing their controls, because I’m a team player and we had a deadline to meet. I did not say anything to the supervisor because I knew she could view the share point portal and see that I was the only 1 entering B.O.Es because of the date and time stamp. And we were able to meet the deadline.
