at Rowville CFA, we received a call from an older lady at around dinner time and she advised she was unable to change the batteries in her smoke alarm ! … even though it halted our dinner I went down with another member and we made sure to change all the batteries, so that in case something happened overnight, she was very thankful and we were welcome to help the community
