A

An ascendant can assert a right of reversion when: the ascendant has donated immovable property to a descendant-decedent who dies with no descendants and has no disposed of the immovable property.

In this case, the ascendant can inherit, at the exclusion of all others, the immovable property donated by them to their decedent-descendants who died without descendants, when the immovable is found in the succession
