O: Oblique head: MTs 2-4 - plantar bases, tendinous sheath of fibularis longus; Transverse head: Capsules of MP joints 2-5

A: Great toe adduction, transverse head helps maintain the transverse arch, oblique head can help flex the great toe at MP joint
