Abductor hallucis
O: Calcaneus - medial tubercle and PA, medial side
I: Proximal phalanx 1 - medial base
N: Medial plantar nerve (S12)
A: Great toe abduction and flexion at MP joint
Abductor digiti minimi
O: Calcaneus - medial and lateral tubercles and PA, lateral side
I: Proximal phalanx 5 - lateral base
N: Lateral plantar nerve (S23)
A: Little toe abduction and flexion at MP joint
Flexor digitorum brevis

I: Middle phalanges 2-5, lateral sides

O: Cuboid - medial surface; Lateral cuneiform - medial surface
I: Medial Belly - proximal phalanx 1, medial base; Lateral belly - proximal phalanx 1, lateral base

A: Great toe flexion at MP joint
Adductor Hallucis
O: Oblique head: MTs 2-4 - plantar bases, tendinous sheath of fibularis longus; Transverse head: Capsules of MP joints 2-5
I: Proximal phalanx 1 - lateral base
N: Lateral plantar nerve, deep branch (S23)
A: Great toe adduction, transverse head helps maintain the transverse arch, oblique head can help flex the great toe at MP joint

O: MT 5 - plantar base, tendinous sheath of fibularis longus

N: Lateral plantar nerve, superficial branch (S23)
A: Little toe flexion at MP joint
